We were both brought up going to church in Pleasant Home, Oregon.  We knew each other in middle and high school. We didn't see each other after high school for almost 26 years.  We had each gone through divorces, financial hardship, and were each in the process of recommitting our lives to God after drifting away from Him for several years.  We reconnected at just the right time.  We have been married since 2009. Mark is a very talented artist who won awards in high school.  He went on in life to do metal art, Tipton Metal Works, in addition to working at a garage door company.  Leanne has been a work-at-home medical transcriptionist for the past 20 years.  Three years ago, Leanne started getting interested in mixed media art.  She met the very talented Tammy Dinius of womenwineandwords.com at the Gresham Art Festival and started taking classes with her.  Tammy became Leanne's mentor and friend.   Leanne loves doing backgrounds, texture, paper collage, and Mark loves to draw and do abstracts.  We love doing art together!!  We also love family time and between us have 6 adult children.  We love hiking, running, kayaking, serving in a homeless ministry together, trying new restaurants, watching movies, going to church, the Oregon Coast, and road trips in our Westy.  We hope our art will encourage and bless you.  A favorite Bible verse is John 3:16.  A very personal one is Psalm 40:2.  God bless.
